Hi I’m Karen, the fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist behind Grá Nutrition. I am so passionate about lifelong wellness, all things food, and empowering and educating people to take control of their own health and well-being.

My aim as a nutritional therapist is to provide long-term tools for life-long health and empowering and educating my clients to take control over their own health and well-being.
